John K. Schultz is a native of the State of Georgia and the oldest son in a family of eight. John attended undergraduate at Xavier University on a Track & Field Scholarship, where he competed primarily as a Decathlete. He finished his undergraduate degree and collegiate track career at Birmingham Southern College. John obtained his Juris Doctorate and Masters in Business Administration from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama, where he was the President of the Georgia Student Bar Association and Finalist in the Donworth Moot Court Competition. After graduating from graduate and law school, John began practicing general litigation for a boutique firm in Newnan, Georgia. His strong desire for justice also lead him to child advocacy work in juvenile court. While practicing, John obtained his certification to litigate as a Guardian ad Litem and Attorney ad Litem and has represented the welfare and safety of numerous minors throughout the State. John is an active member of the Young Lawyers Division and Family Law Division of the State Bar. He currently specializes in family law for Atlanta Family Lawyers.
